It's a Beautiful day in the neighborhood!
I forgot to mention that I did eventually work out last night but it was like 12:00 AM. Didn't actually work out using trainer David's workouts, just made my own circuit which worked all of my body... I'm just waiting to feel it... haha, it should be within the next couple hours or tomorrow.
